Answer #1

Is can be considered that Germany was so successful early in the war due to the reason of leadership. It was Hitler, who realized the need for the country's growth and expansion. and essentially allowed the economic conditions of Germany and its colonies to be able to be united under a common cause. What we can gather from this is that the leadership skills Hitler possessed allowed him to successfully rally a country with the best population growth, motivated people and technological advancements as well to be united and work for a common purpose or goal. Making the value of leadership to be the most important one for their campaign.
