The three major steps, as mentioned, towards changing an organization's culture are as follows:

  1. Diagnosis of present culture
  2. The implmentation of new plan
  3. subsequent evaluation of plan once it starts functioning

Organization culture represents the organization climate that is in place and they tend to depict the work culture of the organization. Organization culture is also a factor to measure employee work ethics. In order to change an organization's existing organization culture it is important that initially the present organzation culture is diagnosed. This will give an insight of the existing culture thereby helping us to analyse the pros and cons of the same.

Examples of these steps are as follows:

  1. Analysing the existing culture wih the help of questionnaires and surveys for finding out the gaps.
  2. Roll out the new plan as an art since it is the most important step in implementation of the new organization culture.
  3. Continous monitoring and continuous process improvement are the strategies for evaluation of plan once it starts functioning.
