Below is how the three communication channels for developing a plan for the company’s formal communication of ethics can be used -

1. Orientation materials - Building specific content for business ethics of the firm using the inputs from experts, top executives, human resource department and circulating the material in the form of both hardcopies and softcopies to all the employees. Providing a test questionnaire at the end of each chapter and at the end of the material would help the employees test their understanding of the ethics.

2. Company internet - Internet can be used to send email messages, provide the links to the ethics content etc. and is easily accessible to the employees to view and go through anytime. Surveys can also be floated online to help gauge the employee interest and understanding of the ethics.

3. Magazines - Magazines and newsletters can be used to communicate ethics to the employees by using a dedicated column or page everytime they are printed and circulated. The content can be delivered in an interesting manner by building stories around the same.
