The synergy is important because of the following reasons:

  • Culture of synergy helps leader in fostering environment of teamwork within the team. With the help of this concept, teams collaborate and produce better and stronger results than any individual.
  • Creating synergy is an important task for a manager or a leader. Leaders promote synergy in the teams to get flawless results.
  • Synergy helps to eliminate increasing disharmony, poor results and culture of discord etc.

The difference between contingency and the univarsal perspective is as follows:

  • Universal perspective approach is adopted to findout the best way to manage organization in effective manner whereas contingency approach based on the fact that every business is different therefore require unique elements or contingent on different elements according to the business.
