Ethical dilemma and it’s consequences

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Ethical dilemmas are usually caused by certain decisions that need to be taken by an individual which would determine the situations as being either right or wrong. Usually, ethical decisions can take a negative turn if the situation is not properly addressed. Ethical decisions can be based on the factor of morality, justice and righteousness and therefore, we need to be able to address the correct factors as we are to make the correct decision based on the circumstance. If a person is unable to get to an accurate decision, they might need the involvement of aa third party which could also provide a fresh point of view for the problem and allow us to be able to make positive decisions regarding the issues. The consequences could include legal as well as professional effects over the employment as well as the character of an individual and therefore, they need to be able to make sound decisions.
