Answer #1

As the situation of case study 1 both the senior partners stop to visit the motel. One of the partner returned after 30 minutes, most of the motesl involved in illegal prostitution work.In first instance the officer did something wrong I guess becuase the evidence shown that he was zipping up the pant. But despite of this it could also that the officer might have gone for loo inside the motel.Soif he had gone for the prostitution work then it would report to the officer

In second case or instance shows that the officer strongly involved with prostition acticity and long time getting srvices to a prostitute. So thereis no alternative that the officer claearly involved with this negative work.

In case number three, the female motorist was riding the vehicle over the speed limit of 20mph,its an offence in general without any cause. She may be in hurry for mergency work thats why she drove fast.In particular the officer stop her and got her phone number,so its wrong but here that the officer must seize the driving license and caught chalan for fine in present. So you need to report on this situation that he got the phone number rather vehicle documents.

In case study number four, clearly mentioned that all officers did the over duty for chairity percentage. Its good job, there is not anything wrong to do over duty and in return getting percentage of the profit for charity.

The fifth case study shown that in the property room is meant for is a police auction site where gov agency including police and fire departments can auction their stuff online from left over evidence and other things. Here both officer got the paper bag of $200000 in cash and after that read the mesage that $50k was recovered means that amount of money received throug the auction.

In situation of case six,the drug smuggling instance the suspect denied that dont get me in this and said that to search my appartment. When doing searchin the appartment found that the dresser drawer has crack and empty. It may be due to crack inside the drawer by hitting external element.

The case seven is shown cmplete illegal and wrong doing by the officer becuase habituated with drinking of alcohl.Even also in the duty hour smells acohlic and its offense. There is need to report against him nd immediate suspension of work.

The situation of case study 8, the training with FTO in an isolated place its not wrong why because to help in bring confidence and daringness to survive in scary situation. So its good work with FTO and positive development in career.
