"Smart phone addiction is a problem affecting millions of people, often holding them back from experiencing the joy of basic everyday life. This addiction consistently leads to an increased likelihood of health issues like anxiety and depression, and increases the chances of car accidents as well as other safety concerns related to excessive smart phone use. My goal is to investigate healthy smart phone practices that can easily be adopted by the masses, in order to promote healthier and safer lifestyles."

In order to investigate healthy smartphone practices, which can be easily adapted by masses and promote healthier and safer life style the hypothesis statement will be that people must use smartphone in a very controlled way and use it in situation in which it becomes absolutely necessary. The people should also use a a time tracker which analysis the number of hours a person is engaged in Smartphone. They should keep a track of this time and limit the usage as per the requirement they have and reduce the usage time in order to avoid health issues which may arise of it.
