2. The most challenging part of working with a team is the amount of coordination required with different team members which creates hindrances in the form of achieving organizational goals and objectives.

3. The strategies that teams have used to work successfully together are coordination with each other and the different team members in an effective manner, formulation of project strategies, division of work, collaborative efforts by providing data and information to different teams as and when required, giving individual goals less importance than overall organizational goals and mission etc.
