At current state United States Court system is based on judicial restraint. This type of approach enables courts to be more productive in providing adequate solutions to different law cases. Each and every code system in United States work on the basis of judicial restraint.

Definitely the court should follow ongoing system of providing decisions. This type of approach would help court to be fair within its decision making and reduce the chances of overpower of governments as well as other ruling factors which could affect the decision making of court.
