Customers are creatures of habit and a good experience lead to repeat business. A store person should make the customer feel very special then only customer will think that they are spending on the right place. There are many things that a store person should know to keep the existing customer and to make new customers:-

  • Be Familiar with the facts that is much easier to sell to an existing customer and to acquire a new customer.
  • Quality product and quality service is mandatory to get repeat business and attracts customers to coming back.
  • Strategy should be planned to target new customer and to sustain existing customers.
