Early identification of Risks helps in developing plans to mitigate the risk and avoiding the potential delays in the project. Some of the methods to identify a risk are documentation reviews, information gathering through research , group interview, delphi Technique, brainstorming,etc. Analysis of the information through SWOT analysis and pestel analysis. Acquiring expert view on the project, developing process flowchart and influence chart. The above identification methods would help in identifying any missing task from the schedule and eradicating any unrealistic task from the schedule.
