M and J are diversifying into luxury balloon flights with champagne or cream tea option.

Passengers can to book online or by telephone and they pay a deposit at the time of booking.

Passengers can just take the flight, or they can order champagne or cream tea or just a flask of coffee

To organise the flight M & J need to book one of their pilots, check the location is available and arrange refreshments with the outside caterers (their suppliers).

A system is to be built which will manage sales and track all the items needed to make the day successful

The objective of the project is to set up a luxury balloon flight business with state of the art infrastructure and refreshments on board

Scope:

Scope tells us the requirements of the project and the completion of project scope is measured against the project plan

• Option of booking via online mode or telephone for the customers
• On board refreshment options including champagne, cream tea or coffee
• Availability of pilots, location and refreshments from outside caterers
• A system to manage sales and track daily inventory
