Below mentioned are some of the things that can be done to
ensure follow through on evaluation measures as well as the
transfer of training:
- Create a common knowledge sharing platform and make it
mandatory for all the managers to become an active part of
that.
- Create a rule that encourages the creation of milestones for
the transfer of training and the managers need to meet them
frequently
- The plan related to the evaluation and the transfer of training
should be a long-term one with the need for specific actions in
regular intervals from the managers
- The appraisal of the manager should also depend on their
activities in the evaluation and the transfer of training
- Put few managers in a team and provide them a common goal to
achieve making them work together
