I agree to Tom McKee’s statement that ‘we have a leadership crisis in America’.

Even though there are many leaders,  the country faces a  leadership crisis. A good leader is the one who  lead by example, teaches, promotes and shares what is good enough in an employee.

The quality of the leader ship is mainly determined by that how the outcome will affect others in the situation.

A leadership crisis Mainly arises due to:

Obsession with Outcomes

Ego, Vanity and Arrogance

A Deficiency of Self-Awareness

Meaningless Achievement.
