✓ identity management refers to presenting one's own identity or self in a way that one need others to perceive about him/her abilities, characteristics, skills, and behaviour. It is not a form of lying or deception, because, it doesn't involve any false information or manipulation of the data that could raise problems in future.

Identity management is used by the individuals to make them more presentable and capable enough to work on a specific job role. It makes them organisation fit and provide suitable opportunity for their career growth.

✓ rules or norms one needs to consider for managing identity are as follows:

* Don't falsify any information in the documents, certifications and other important sources.

* Don't manipulate the data and content in the curriculum vitae and during Interview.

* Never deceive the recruiter or employers with wrong data.

* Maintain truthfulness and present the information in a most effective way, without being a different personality which he or she is not in real.
