The protection of law for the memebera of the LGBT community regarding the employment and other development activities is should be welcomed on a very positive note, because one's personal should not be a barrier for the personal's economic growth, there should be protective check for these community people to have a peaceful work place environment, as one personal life's activities should not create hinderance & disturbances for others life
