In a nation there are more than one group or society who possess difference in their financial status and the government should play an important role here in providing the subsidies to the citizens who actually require, for example individuals who fall in categories in the lower section of the society based on financial status should receive help and support for the government and the government should be effective enough in providing them the support to the right people. Welfare plan and subsidies should be designed basedbon the demands and requirements which are very much necessary for such citizens for their betterment and well being.
