Any new venture will be successful when it has a number of financial as well as non financial resources. Men , material , machine, method , management etc. will be key ingredient to success of any startups. Resource availability and capabilities provide strength and confidence to the entrepreneur. Tim Berry (2016) has suggested his views in his article " 15 Reasons You Need a Business Plan ".

He has pointed many factors like hire new people, deal with displacement, share space, professionalism etc. We can clearly observe that each single activities will have huge dependency on human resources and non -human resources.
