Data warehouse and Operational database are very important to an IT organization especially as they have multiple benefits to the organizations. Some of these benefits are like storage of large data which can be used on by organization later on like assessing the worker performance etc, Organizing and management becomes easy with use of these systems in place.

Operation database forms the sources of Data warehouse which is focused on real time data and it can be used for other purpose as to find various organizational economic, business, strategic information or help them reach to a decision.
