  • She also had a rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, osteoporosis and depression. Which limits and control her mobility and diet.
  • Because of Margaret Burns medical condition. she is shifted to acute care hospital. during the transfer to a rehabilitation facility. Mrs. Burns medical report is exchanged with the other patient.
  • Acute hospital face the charges of negligence to notice this discrepancy on admission time and ordered the wrong medication.
  • All these causes Mrs. Burns shifted to ICU. Because of hemorrhagic stroke.
