The risk is majorly in the area of data security and concurrent data flow. To interrelate the data and to understand the gap system might take more time. The previous health records of patient needs to be flow properly with the new system and certain incompatability issues are also creating problem. Technical understanding of flow of information and hopw to generate reports and insightful information is another challenging area.The best way to mitigate such risk would be colloborative effort, participation and predesigned undersdtaing, proper training and developmenet and testing phases.
