The three changes I would make to Institute a lean approach at the factory are discussed below-
1. I would engage the participants team members in this search for effective changes in the production approach, so that they have a sense of ownership and can work better towards the production process.
2. I would make a Framework which defines the responsibility, deadlines and timeliness in order to effectively track the progress of the production process.
3. I would ensure a physical space for project meeting on a daily basis in order to track what are the issues which are difficult for the team members to handle and will come up with a positive solution of them on a daily and immediately address them.
