A utility application has been prosecuted through a second office action in which some of the claims were rejected and some were allowed. This office action was made a final rejection. What options are available to the applicant to continue the prosecution?

most of the applicants were believe that they were innovative and they reated new things which no one done in past. some times they may be correct, and with correct procedings they may got patents too. but in some cases, the applicant may not have complete knowledge about it and they may fail to get the patent right. as the researcher or innovator, you must know all aspects these and proceed. if not, the requested proposal may be rejected only. if your proposal is rejected, still you are feeling that your work is new and genuine, you can approach the tribunals which works on these issues with all the proofs and document.
