The leadership that I would use for the leadership at my firm would be having an impact on the business and its efficiency. The business competence and the internal coordination are very important for a leader to keep the business sustainable and trouble free while growing and making its own space in a competitive market. The use of the leadership style behavior for the business would be as described:

· Solving problems effectively. The process that precedes decision-making is problem-solving when information is gathered, analyzed, and considered for a solution that is well received by the people and also gives a good and sustainable solution.

· Operating with a strong results orientation which is inspired by the planning and leading behavior which suites to make the best of operational behavior and processes as laid by leaders.

· Seeking different perspectives from the teammates which makes the ideas well diversified to choose from those which makes the team feel to be a part of the process and is a motivational content for the team and its members in such leadership style.

· Supporting others in the team is key for the coordination and best of communication, inter-team cooperation which is best for the team’s work as can be designed best by a leader.
