Job satisfaction refers to the contentment an individual feels based on the job he or she performs and is influenced by the type of work, organizational culture, work environment, etc. It is linked to increased productivity and organizational effectiveness. Organization comes up with different strategies to improve the job satisfaction of employees like job enrichment, job enlargement, career development, etc.

Customer satisfaction refers to the expectation level of the customer which is either met or exceeded by the product or services of the company.

The relationship between job satisfaction and customer satisfaction is that the satisfied employees can lead to customer satisfaction. The satisfied employees will perform their job efficiently and effectively. They help in building customers loyalty by offering great customer service. This in turn make the customers satisfied.
