Assessing organizational culture for readiness is not a key consideration in the implementation process. True False

Homework Answers

Answer #1

False. It is important to place importance on assessing organizational readiness before the implementation process. If there is no importance given to assessment of implementation process then the implementation process cannot be successful. Since the implementation process is a lot related to team spirit and effort; it becomes necessary to exhibit a culture that values that and it is necessary to create readiness for change. It cannot be implemented suddenly without paying attention to easing the employees

It also takes into account the structure, organizational culture and support to understand the willingness and ease during implementation
