Preventive maintainence is crucial for making Dubai metro work from a long term perspective. In addition the on time services are being maintained by having enough capacity and the effctive management of the same. The resource capacity is also efficiently maintained to be able to deliver the expected cleanliness and effectiveness in operations.

The KANBAN principle for effective amangement of the inventory of the availibility of the trains is being maintained and the finances hence are being effectively managed.
