We know that servant leadership has the benefit with it that allows the employers/leaders to allow the workforce to become happier and much more productive while essentially allowing them the fulfilment they require in order to provide the best performance possible.

secondly, such an organization not only had the benefits of a happier workforce but also the added advantage of increased throughput, better synergy between the management, leaders and the individual workers, suitable job environment and the promise of effective future growth. This is the reason the employers in today's day and age are leaning more towards the servant leadership style that allows them to empower their work and achieve better results in all businesses processes that could have been done.
