  • At our workplace employee need to wear a formal as per the company rules and policy. Employee must have to wear it workplace and there is no exclusion from that. If there is any celebration or event is organized there is exception to wear anything than formal if there is no dress code for the event. Our organization focused on looking extra ready because it shows to other that how company putting effort to nurture a person become a gentlemen and responsible person by dressing well.
  • First impression last long on employer, it shows how you take up the role seriously and how responsible you are to make a mark on employer. It takes time and effort to make up and stay up to date when you first time meet an employer. Employer will think that you are man of caliber and appreciate your personality and effort you made to look better at work.
