The modern-day business of Trivago is a business of E-Commerce that helps various clients across the globe to allow get their traveling booked and paid for with such services. The business of E-commerce in this Case of Trivago is a global business with diverse manpower as the need for modern-day global businesses. The examples of the business culture can be suggested in their case with the case of recruitment where the business sends the best market-driven people to get the needed people in a specific market and then groom them for the international exposure to be competent. The second one is the case of Josh where he applied for days off due to his cramps. The business took his request and converted it to work from home until he was not fit to join the duties. Lastly, Sarah was in a need of a job in the South East Asian market to enhance her skills and informed her choice to her boss who in coordination with HR gave her the assignment to report to the SE division in the same organization.

Hence the examples here show the six values of the business in which the culture of Trivago reflects the entrepreneurial vision, agile structure, autonomy, motivation, productivity, and innovation-driven culture in the business. The first shows the need for good employee motivation and exposure to all aspects of the business to develop the needed skills to be in the business. The second one suggests the business desire to retrieve its talents where the employee Josh was given the innovative selection of work from home due to his cramps till he was fit to keep josh with the business while taking good care of himself to stay engaged and motivated in the business.
