Becoming a personal trainer requires a few, but very important things. You must be committed to helping others, to learning about the mechanics of the human body and you must get certified. You do not need formal schooling to be personal trainer although a lot of universities offer specialised majors and programmes through their school's curriculum.

Conclusion : Many institutions offer certification courses at discounted rates but the quality of the courses will not be as expected. So choosing an institute with good track record and credibility should be the motive.
