Q5. What in your opinion, would Ganesh Natarajan say to people who believe that people who are too nice to everybody cannot be effective leaders? in Making the Case for Leadership by Garry Emmons;Julia Hanna;Roger Thompson
Leader is someone who just doesn't keep doing everything for his/her followers but the one who helps the individuals believe in themselves to accomplish the tasks that they own. Thus, it is important that the leader effectively and clearly communicates the followers on what needs to be done and expects the followers to accomplish the tasks in the given timeline. Hence, the people who are too nice to everybody cannot be effective leaders as it becomes difficult for them to be strict and command the followers when required thus resulting in unproductive followers who will not become capable of accomplishing any task on their own.
