Day ro day local planning process will be having lot of minute as well as major things to address which federal and state agencies may find difficult to resolve. Thus inorder to get a faster solution and more focused governance there are removed from the day to day local planning. It will help in reducing the turn ardoud time for planning, providing sufficient power and decision making authority to the local governance teams, it help them to understand the real time situation more than the federal or state authorities and more colloborative environment can be created.
