  • Relationships: Make strong relationship with your team members as your are at distance from them. By having effective communication, you can encourage your team members to build strong relationships.
  • Building Trust: Show that you trust your team members, they always work hard to achieve goals of the company and to keep your trust in them as it is.
  • Be patient: Always be patient to get desired results. Find out the ways to improve and streamline the projects.
