The purpose of my research is to highlight the issues of effective communication and adapting to change within workplace scenarios. Both these issues are constantly eroding the performance of an organization and render the management and leaders ineffective. The research will focus on addressing effective communication issues through change management where management and leaders will play an active role.

Question 1:- What is the root cause for ineffective communication and inability of adapting to change in organizations varying in size and type?

This question would help the research identify the causes which are leading to the problem and the root cause which is common across all industries.

Question 2 :- What methodology must be used for research and analytics?

This involves which methods and medium must the researcher use in order to identify solution to the problem of ineffective communication and inability to adapt to change.

Question 3:- Who will be the audience?

Answer to this question will help the research formulate his/her research paper in such a way so as to cater the requirements of the users of the research.
