According to Trompenaar dimensions , language differene in multicultural workteam leads to misunderstanding or mis-conception as the preson belongs to western countries must be having a emotionally open in sharing their emotions openly in public but person belongs to middle eastren countries or in some Asian countries must be have a neutral emotional as his emotions must be controlled. For an example in Italy people use to kiss on cheeks while they greet each other but this traditions doesn't follow in Iran and Iraq so the person from Middle eastern country will feel astonished if some Italian working team member greet him in this way some wrong misperception had been formed in mind of Iranian guy. These kind of misunderstanding can be formed while we work in multicultutral team.
