To make sure eveyone is able to attend such services and products at a cost effective prices to make sure the cultural and sustainable activities are promoted more often bringing people together of different income groups as well as diversity.

3. Commitment to growth and protection: At last, one more important reason is the commitment to growth and protection of the surrounding environments. To make sure that everyone is adopting and accepting the regularities and the changing scenario around, the government has to take certain strategic plans to make sure the environment around is protected, the commitment to growth is sustained and also everyone's life has a meaningul impact on one another in a society.
