Answer #1

Evolution dynamics of Digital HR system at pak elektron ltd(PEL), reflects the transition failure from an administrative system to a digital HR system. PEL has been in the industry for many decades however when they decided to upgrade their traditional administrative systems to Digital HR system, due to less involvement of Higher management and employees, and also rigid approach of management, the transition struggled to happen and especially the appraisal process was hampered. This led to employee dissatisfaction and PEL had to spend more than the usual time to adapt to the digital ways of working.

In the later stages, to make this transition successful, the management got more involved in the structuring of the Digital HR system, which finally happened after conducting interviews with employees and taking feedback from them to work on challenges.
