Explain form your own opinon, What are their similarities between Gartner's Hype Cycle and the technology S-Curve.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

In my opinion, Gartner hype cycle and the technology s curve both are similar in the sense that both in the initial phase show so much of the progress and as the technology progresses it becomes flat up to a point so initially companies make a product then it starts to innovate it making it more advanced and slowly it attains a saturation.

so one can say that Gartner hype cycle and s curve are similar in this sense that in Gartner hype cycle for the technology first hype is created and then it slowly increases until it comes to saturation like as in the s-curve the technology comes to saturation i.e starts to become flat.
