Answer #1

Triage is the process of sorting the people based on the need of their medical treatment. It is a process used in the emergency wardrooms, and situations to provide essential benefits to the patients. All the organization team members are responsible for ensuring a safe and productive environment and supporting the triage functions. The policy applies to all the members of the hospital: Nurses, doctors, and the managers. The receptionist in the hospital triaged the patients who need urgent medical help from the doctors. After the comprehensive screening of the need of the patient, the receptionist triages the patient. The authorities should keep in mind that communication with the family or friends does not constitute the process of triage. Secondly, the receptionist will refer to acute or urgent calls or presentations to the authorities and responsible staff. Patients have to follow the rules and regulations of the triage process. The patients or their closed ones call the required authorities to tell them about the emergency. The patients have to book appointments with the doctors and analyze the symptoms of the patients. Each member has a triage responsibility in the hospital. The patients in the emergency should be the priority of the hospitals. Hence, it is a responsible act. Triage can save the lives of many people.
