Should they target someone other than their clients? If so, why? Should their content vary by target audience? Who within the organization should be responsible for addressing social media posts? Should they hire an outside firm? What type of social media are not necessary for this organization? Are there any ancillary organizations that they should partner with for share media strategies? Should they engage their clients to "tag" them in their personal posts? Why? What type of funds do they need to make this successful? Do they need to pay for posts?

It also helps to identify the results and present the plan effectively to your boss, teammates and also the clients.
