The art of HR Compensation is unique and sometimes it depends on the job, skills and the interview. Thus, some are given more money that has nothing to do with the job - such as gender. Such a pay gap indicates that the HR compensation schemes are entirely biased based on gender, languages, socioeconomic differences, religious differences, and races. HR managers often act as biases. Nepotism and personal preferences are highly prioritized in these cases, which is not an ethical procedure. Pay gaps are unethical, which cannot be tolerated in any organization. It strongly goes against HR ethics. HRs need to treat all the employees according to their skills and experiences, which will be violated if pay gaps increase. For example- male employees are paid more than the female employees for the same post in the same department. The pay gap has become a global issue where a few HR managers have actively avoided the concept of wage equity.

The almost same thing happens in linguistic differences, religious differences, racial and socioeconomic differences. For example,- some HR managers differentiate payments based on race. Black Americans are often paid less than others despite the same designation, and post. Moreover, the pay gap is also seen between people from two different linguistic groups. An unbiased outlook with wage equity must be established in the organizations.
