Discuss how and why
Question is from refrenced from LLB honors degree (University of London)
The Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration works under the purview of The Parliamentary Commission Act passed in 1967, which clearly differentiates the grievances arising from the malfunctioning of the administration which can be classified as unreasonable and faulty adoption of the procedural decision making by the officials. All such complaints which are related to the unjust by the administration must be submitted through the agency of members (House of the common's). The Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration acts as the guardian of good administration and delivers the effective mechanism of grievance redressal. It offers the remedy for the administrative weakness and provides the leveled ground to all.
