Mission vision statements are very affective in luring investors and stakeholders by educating them the core objective of the business. Mission documents are also very useful during the mergers and acquisitions due diligence process to ensure both companies have common objectives and mutual benefit.

Memorandum of agreements establishes the ground rule under the relationship of two companies working on a single project. It defines the authority which is very crucial for conflict resolution.

A constitution is very effective internal documents of the company that specifies the relationship of the company with its shareholders and directors.
