Contingency factors are those factors which occur internally in the organization examples include job task ,organizational size etc these factors affect the organizational structure by by allowing the task to be performed in the right direction and the number of employees needed to operate the company effectively.
The organization structure affects the contingency factors in many ways. It is the organization structure which is responsible for contingency factors which include the actual production of forecast in the future. The contingency factors in any organization are planned by the different levels of managers in the organization structure. These managers have the the correct understanding of degree of uncertainty and length of their future commitments.
