Answer #1

Quantitative data also known as measures of values and counts expressed in numbers. Qualitative data is known as measure of opinions and beliefs in written and oral forms.

Primary research encompasses surveys, polls, opinions, questionnares, interviews, personal visit, focus groups, etc. While secondary research embeds online search, magazine, trade journals, articles, opinionated views of experts, etc.

Interviews are great sources of information as they help in Qualitative assessments and indepth, better respinse rate, higher understanding of opinions in written format.

However limitations like biasedness, lack of quantification and researcher errors in question can cause inefficiency.
