The project life cycle is designed at the beginning of a project and gets completed after completing the project. It is a sequence through which a project goes until its end. The life cycle is as per the needs of the organization and the nature of the project.

The project life cycle consists of 4 types of Phases:-

1) Initial Stage - It is the phase where the demand to achieve a plan and goal been design. All the essential objectives are laid down in this phase. In this stage, the cost is low, and staffing is also low.

2) Planning Stage - In this phase, the source of raw material and labor requirement is done. In this phase, the client's interest is highest because all the things related to the project are to the most significant concern.

3) Execution Stage - It is the phase where all the planning is implemented according to design. In this phase, the supervisor must ensure all the things are going according to plan, and resources are appropriately utilized. It is the stage where the intensity of support is very high.

4) Completion Stage - It is the phase where the project gets completed, and all the things are corrected. It is the phase where the manager analyses the completion of the project.
