Yes conflict improve organizational performance and it help to achieve the organizational goals, in that time it make disatifaction and difficulties among the individuals, groups and organizations. conflict occurs when individuals are not able to choose among the aviable alternatives courses of action. Confliting is a dynamic process as it indicates a series of events. each conflict is made up of a series of interlocking conflict episodes. conflicts creates two or more different ideas, and it help the organisation's to select the best one. some times this conflict creates bad mark for the organization.

2. Curative measures

In Preventive measures, the management tries to creates a situations or environment where dysfunctional aspects of conflicts do not take place. as in most of thes cases, conflicts is destructive in nature, it should be resolved as soon as possible after it has developed, but all efforts should be made to prevent its from developing.
