Rule/ Cannon: as per the rule, a paralegal should maintain integrity. He should maintain the degree of honesty and dedication towards their professional conduct and not misuse any money funded by their working firm.
A paralegal should also maintain a high degree of competency through training and education with his professional responsibility.
Violation and correction:
As per the rule, the employee is violating his law of professional conduct as he must gain knowledge and information provided by the seminar, and he should not waste the firm's money.
For the correction, the paralegal should make the other employee understand that it is not correct to bunk the seminar, and thus he should not do so.
