Some of the basic recommendations that I may come up with will be:-

• Encouraging teamwork by making them come up with a suggestion or idea to the goal or problem.
• Always provide rewards to the best suggestions given by the members.
• Creating a more open-minded and less judgemental environment.
• Make a path to collaborate differentiated talents of the employees for the common goal.
• Encourage healthy relationships between team members.
• Coach them to thrive in difficult situations.
• Empower the employees to make decisions and inspire others.
